Location: Remote - occasional travel to either the London or Oxford office (once a month)
Salary/Rate: Up to £690 a day Inside IR35
Start Date: July 2025
Job Type: 6 Month Contract (with scope to extend)
Company Introduction
We are seeking an Agile Technology Project Manager to join our client, a global publishing organization.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
- Lead and manage Agile project teams, driving collaboration, accountability, and productivity.
- Use Jira to track project progress, manage sprints, and communicate updates across teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project delays.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and facilitate smooth project transitions across teams and departments.
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven experience working as a Technical Project Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and proficiency in using Jira for tracking and project management.
- Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-project review.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
