The Role:
We are in an exciting stage of our growth journey and looking to hire an Agile Project Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding SaaS product development from concept through release. You will manage timelines, remove blockers, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive collaboration between product, engineering, QA, and other key stakeholders. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, team dynamics, and communication will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with high quality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies and Processes
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum and focus.
- Support the Product Owner and Team Alignment
- Help clarify goals, maintain a healthy backlog, and ensure shared understanding between technical and business stakeholders.
- Track Progress and Report on Delivery
- Monitor team performance using agile metrics (e.g. velocity, burndown), and communicate delivery status transparently
- Remove Impediments and Enable Delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress, ensuring continuous momentum.
- Champion Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of learning and adaptation by encouraging feedback loops, retrospectives, and process refinement.
About You
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven experience managing software development projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with engineering and data teams who utilise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience supporting scale-up environments or fast-growing teams.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or similar is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field.
