• 20% based from the depot in Worcestershire.
• 80% field based covering the West Midlands, Wales and South of England.
  
  

• Competitive Salary: Paying up to £45,000+ per annum.
• Overtime: 1.25x after 40 hours. 1.5x during the weekend.
• Company Vehicle: Fully equipped service van.
• Company phone.
• Tools provided: All specialist tools required for the job.
• Ongoing training & development.
• Company pension scheme.
• 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays.
  
  

• This is a permanent full-time position.
• Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday + overtime during busy / seasonal periods.
  
  

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery.
• Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
• Preform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.
  
  

• Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
• Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.
• Full training can be given to the right candidate.
