We are seeking a dynamic and positive change leader to help drive technological adoption in support of our future fit strategic goal.

With M365 Copilot already in use by 25% of our workforce and the rest using Copilot Chat, our focus is now on expanding adoption, integrating AI into our daily workflows, and achieving measurable business value across the company.

This role requires a hands-on and collaborative approach. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with various departments, including business units, IT, and HR, as well as our champions network. Your goal will be to accelerate adoption, build AI fluency, and ensure that our people, processes, and platforms are aligned to deliver sustainable returns on our AI investments.
