Overview

AI Creative Technologist - a hybrid thinker and maker - to join our consulting unit and evolving AI transformation team. This role combines creative intuition with advanced AI capabilities to reimagine how we work across copywriting, design, and video production. You will help accelerate innovation and build the workflows that define the next era of creative production across locations.

As a Medior Creative Technologist, you explore, prototype, and build. You work with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize and develop AI-powered tools and processes that merge storytelling, design, and intelligent automation. Your understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and creative systems will turn complexity into clarity—and imagination into implementation.

The position includes responsibilities across innovation, collaboration, technical execution, research & development, and coding to bring new ideas to life.

Responsibilities / Priorities

• Innovation & Concept Development
• Team up with creative and technical experts to craft and prototype cutting-edge AI experiences
• Transform briefs and RFPs into captivating creative strategies, blending technology with innovative concepts
• Elevate pitch success by delivering inventive solutions aligned with timeline, feasibility, and vision
• Engage in co-creation workshops to uncover opportunities through your creativity and technical skill
• Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with writers, designers, editors, developers, and tech specialists to turn ideas into robust solutions
• Apply prompt engineering expertise, including detailed prompts, assistant logic, system prompts, LLM fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Serve as a bridge between production, creative, and technical teams, translating ideas across disciplines
• Technical Expertise
• Assess and influence creative tech execution, providing feasibility insights and best practices across platforms and tools
• Approach problem-solving with creativity, navigating artistic and technical challenges
• Maintain a hands-on, inquisitive attitude—experimenting with tools, building quick prototypes, and staying curious as AI evolves

Responsibilities / Deep Dive

• Research & Development
• Quickly develop prototypes using a variety of tools and technologies, validating ideas through hands-on testing
• Stay at the forefront of new platforms, methodologies, and applications, inspiring the team with fresh ideas
• Collaborate closely with the broader studio transformation team, emphasizing agility, relevance, and a culture of experimentation
• Code & Development
• You don’t have to be a senior developer, but comfortable with code, minor script adjustments, and resolving small technical issues is essential
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash), command-line tools (PowerShell, CMD), and Ubuntu WSL is expected
• Solid understanding of Git and GitHub workflows (commit, push, fork) is crucial
• Knowledge of JavaScript and web development is an added advantage

• A portfolio demonstrating innovative applications of AI in writing, visual arts, and/or interactive projects
• Experience in an advertising, design, or production studio environment is valued—whether with copy, visuals, post-production, or a combination

• Required Skills
• Excellent command of English for technical discussions
• Ability to transform innovative concepts into practical technology-driven solutions
• Experience with node-based programming, particularly ComfyUI, and the ability to create custom nodes
• Knowledge of CGI pipelines is a plus
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is valuable but not mandatory
• Solid understanding of image generation models including Stable Diffusion and ControlNet is appreciated
• Minimum five years of experience in creative and technology sectors, in interactive studios, experiential agencies, or production companies
• Organized, motivated, and able to multitask in high-pressure environments
• Strong problem-solving with critical insight and strategic foresight
• Adaptable, driven, resourceful, and collaborative with a sense of humor
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and experience with task management tools like Teamwork
