  • Support from a strong team, and the opportunity to develop your own technical understanding
  • High visibility with senior leadership and direct impact on business outcomes
  • A dynamic, collaborative environment with AI specialists and engineering squads
  • Structured professional development with exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and practices
  • The opportunity to build an AI-centric culture through rigorous execution and stakeholder engagement

You Will

  • Proven track record managing complex portfolios with multiple concurrent projects and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Mastery of PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, RAID management, dependency mapping, and stakeholder communication
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (workflows, boards, reporting) and project reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business value, define KPIs, and support data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without formal authority
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles and components and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in AI project delivery or product operations within financial services or rating agencies
  • Understanding of AI governance, regulatory, and ethical considerations (model risk management, compliance, data privacy)
  • Experience managing projects within research and development teams
  • Certification or demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled frameworks
  • Experience establishing intake, stage-gate, and portfolio prioritization mechanisms
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across senior leadership, engineering, data, legal/compliance, and business lines

How You’ll Succeed

  • You balance ambition and rigor—prioritizing high-impact opportunities while safeguarding quality and compliance
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment, bring clarity to ambiguity, and keep teams aligned
  • You translate business goals into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes
  • You elevate the team through strong coordination, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management
