Average Year 2 earnings: £103,000. London / Hybrid role. The Role You’ll play a key part in driving new business. This is a full 360° role where you’ll be responsible for:
Proactively identifying and securing new clients through high‑activity outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, sequences, creative prospecting) Building strong relationships with Managers/ Directors and C‑Suite in the AI, data, and emerging tech sectors Managing the end‑to‑end sales process Negotiating offers and closing deals Creating and maintaining a pipeline for both new business and existing clients

18+ months experience as an SDR and looking to move into a closing role Proven success winning new business or generating pipeline Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers A high‑activity, self‑driven approach to outreach Genuine interest or knowledge in technology and emerging innovation Someone hungry, ambitious, and motivated by earnings and career progression
