Our client, an innovative digital transformation company working with diverse clients, is seeking a highly experienced AI Strategist / Decisioning Expert with over 10 years of proven industry experience.

The company's mission is to drive growth and success through cutting-edge technology solutions. As they expand, they are looking for an AI Strategist / Decisioning Expert to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial goals and product strategies into executable decision logic within the NBA ecosystem.
• Advise on KPI prioritization to enhance business outcomes of the NBA ecosystem.
• Utilize data analytics and visualization to extract signals and patterns for improved decision-making and faster time-to-market.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams (e.g., base management, pricing) and Product Tribes (e.g., Home, Mobile, TV).
• Streamline requirement processes and influence business activity refinement beyond mere execution.
• Embed within agile squads and tribes to deliver continuous commercial value.
• Challenge business practices and promote best practices for better outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Kotlin: Primary programming language for core NBA applications.
• PostgreSQL (GCP & AWS RDS): For application configuration and schema management.
• DynamoDB (AWS): NoSQL data store for high-throughput eligibility and state data.
• Containerized microservice in ECS/GKE: Hosts decisioning logic.
• NBA Orchestrator: Manages inbound/outbound flows and API calls across systems.
• AWS Glue + Lambda + Step Functions: Batch ETL workflows.
• Kinesis Streams + Firehose: Telemetry routing and traceability.
• Cloud Storage (S3, GCP buckets): For configuration, logs, and traceability data.
• Envoy Proxy + ALB + WAF: Traffic routing and security.
• CloudWatch / Dynatrace: Monitoring and observability.
• Terraform + GitLab CI/CD: Infrastructure as Code and deployment pipelines.
• Planning to support future GenAI features for simulations, experiments, and business configuration testing.
