Role: AI Technical Product Manager

Location: 3 days on site in London, 2 days remote
We are supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. They are seeking an AI Technical Product Manager with experience delivering AI-powered products, ideally including chatbots, digital assistants, or copilots. Responsibilities
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered products (e.g., chatbots, digital assistants, or copilots) in large, complex organisations
- 5-12 years of product experience
- Hands-on work using LLMs, RAG, grounding, and model integration into user-facing workflows
- Strong product strategy and execution skills, defining vision, roadmaps, and KPIs while balancing accuracy, latency, trust, and safety against technical constraints
- Deep user-centric mindset with expertise in conversational UX, including prompt design, fallback states, clarifying questions, and multi-turn interaction
