We’re working with a fast-scaling SaaS company serving over 250,000 customers across the UK and Europe. Their platform supports risk, compliance, and supply chain governance across both public and private sectors. In 2025, they’re embedding AI across every department – and you’ll lead that transformation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training sessions across teams and functions
• Run workshops on prompt engineering, RAG, and workflow automation
• Build AI toolkits, cheat sheets, and coaching materials for GenAI tools
• Diagnose process inefficiencies and prototype AI-powered solutions
• Guide cultural change around responsible and effective AI use
• Define adoption metrics and track AI impact across the business
• Advise senior leaders on AI strategy and opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital transformation, L&D, coaching, or innovation roles
• Strong GenAI knowledge (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in SaaS or regulated/compliance-heavy environments preferred
• Bonus: familiarity with AI ethics, prompt engineering, remote team training

Details

Hybrid: 1–2 days/week in Basingstoke, otherwise remote

£90,000 base salary + 3% pension + wellness fund

30 days/year remote working from the EU
