Location: Based North of Burnley / North West (Nationwide Travel Required)
Salary: GBP35,000 GBP45,000 (DOE) + Overtime

We re working with a well-established and fast-growing specialist in the HVAC industry who are looking to add a talented Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to their national projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that genuinely values its people and offers exciting, hands-on work across the UK on high-end commercial installations.

You ll be working on diverse and technically interesting projects, installing systems such as split, multi-split, VRV/VRF units, and other air conditioning solutions across retail, commercial, industrial, and specialist environments. What You\'ll Be Doing

• Install a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial sites
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and site specifications
• Ensure all installs are completed to high quality and compliance standards
• Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
• Travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays (fully covered)

What We\'re Looking For

• 2 3+ years of hands-on air conditioning installation experience
• Confident working with split systems, VRV/VRF, and commercial units
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• F-Gas qualified (preferred)
• Comfortable with national travel and occasional stays away
• Strong work ethic, good communication, and a team player mindset
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Own basic hand tools (specialist kit provided)
