You have a unique chance to be the driving force behind Ecommpay's payment platform as an Alternative Payments Product Owner!

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for key alternative and global payment solutions aligned with company goals and market needs
• Contribute to product roadmaps, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and technically sound delivery
• Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, finance, support, and partnerships to ensure seamless rollout and adoption
• Ensure system compliance, security, and scalability in every phase of product development
• Track key product metrics (KPIs) and continuously improve user experience based on data and insights
• Mentor junior product owners and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a focus on payments or acquiring
• Deep knowledge of alternative and global payment methods, such as e-wallets, BNPL, local payment solutions and others
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards
• Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and market trends
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, finance, support, and partnerships
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track KPIs and optimize user experience based on insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and business-facing

• Leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior product managers or contributing to team development
