Amazon Connect Architect/Consultant – AWS- Hybrid - React JS, Lambda, Java - Glasgow.

40% of time will be spent at Glasgow, expenses covered, 2-3 months contract to manage monthly deliverables, assess defects on Amazon Connect, scan the Amazon Connect Infrastructure, carry out a SWOT analysis, assess/discover weak areas of the implementation done and make improvement suggestions.

Must have Amazon Connect at functional and coding level along with contact centre history, with strong AWS background to define processes for the long term. Software Development Technology background is Lambda, React, JS/Java. It is a high pressure and faced past environment--8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
