• Role: Head of Team, Family Solicitor
• Location: Wallingford/Oxford/Chipping Norton (hybrid)
• Base salary: £85,000 - £90,000

• Reporting to: Directors

Your Skills & Responsibilities

• Best-in-class Family-Law advice with professional support to the team and delivery of legal services to high-net-worth clients
• Advising on all family-related matters, including divorce and separation, children disputes, financial remedy claims, pre- and post-nuptial settlements, domestic violence, cohabitation matters, ToLATA claims, surrogacy and adoption, etc.
• Provide high-quality legal services with outstanding client care; be extremely organized with strong time management; collaborate effectively within a team
• Contribute to marketing and business growth; engage in professional development

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in family law, particularly high-net-worth financial remedy claims and contested proceedings
• Solid billing history and clean claims record
• Ability to deliver outstanding client care and high-quality legal work
• Professional appearance; team-oriented; proactive and coachable
• Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn new ways of working
• Positive, hardworking, and able to contribute to a people-first culture
