Our vision is to create a safe and sustainable world.The RoleWe are looking for Analyst Consultants with a background in science, economics or sustainability and an interest in sustainable transport to join our vibrant Sustainable Transport team within our Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) practice.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing, managing multiple projects effectively.Collaborate with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate‑focused policy, strategy and economics challenges.Gain valuable skills in research, modelling, economic analysis and client‑facing communication.Key Competencies & ExperienceMSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields. Background in transport, climate and environmental policy and technologies is desirable.Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to support evidence‑based solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are key).Collaborative mindset – team player who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.Fluency in English (Spanish required for roles in Madrid; other languages are a plus).Visas and SponsorshipsIn light of recent updates to UK Government immigration salary thresholds, Ricardo is currently unable to offer sponsorship for post‑study work or Skilled Worker visas as part of our early career programmes.
