Analyst/Medical Writer

Overview Costello Medical is a fast‑growing global health‑care communications agency. This role is for an Analyst / Medical Writer who will work in the UK with our Global Headquarters in Cambridge, London, Manchester or Bristol. Role Summary You will analyse clinical trial data and present the findings in a range of formats such as posters, slide decks, value dossiers, reports and peer‑reviewed publications. Deliverables are used directly by clients for communication with external stakeholders and are instrumental to successful uptake of novel therapies. Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of clinical trial data and create materials for different audiences in various formats. Collaborate closely with clients, participating in teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings with external stakeholders. Support project management and client communication, alongside experienced colleagues. Work on several projects in different disease areas simultaneously. Engage with different teams within the company to develop a broad understanding of service offerings and clients.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1). Postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Experience or aptitude for planning and writing scientific documents (lab reports, posters, abstracts, peer‑reviewed publications, regulatory documents). Exceptional written English and strong verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, willing to learn and develop; proactive mindset with problem‑solving skills. Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Location Global Headquarters in Cambridge, as well as our London, Manchester and Bristol offices. Salary & Benefits Annual salary of £39,000.
