Job Description

We are expanding our consulting team and seeking an Analytics Architect to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Analytics Consultant to join our Analytics practice in Europe.

The role involves delivering bespoke and advanced analytics solutions, providing significant commercial advantages to some of the UK’s most recognized companies.

The successful candidate will leverage their experience with business intelligence tools and techniques, advise clients on analytics best practices, and deliver analytics capabilities on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping customers maximize returns on their Analytics investments.
• Building long-lasting, high-quality relationships with clients by establishing trust and confidence.
• Working directly with clients to understand their business strategies, requirements, and processes.
• Demonstrating future state solutions aligned with client strategies in data and analytics technologies.
• Using expertise in analytics, data warehousing, and data engineering to support solution development and expansion.
• Providing solution demonstrations and contributing to new bid work.
• Developing innovative approaches to improve or replace existing processes.
• Designing bespoke solutions.
• Documenting the Programme Solution Design.
• Supporting Lead Consultants in reviewing complex functional and technical specifications.
• Guiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers, keeping them informed.
• Sharing knowledge within project teams and across Hitachi Solutions.
• Supporting the development of team members' soft skills and career growth for succession planning.
• Executing responsibilities in line with Hitachi Solutions Europe's Quality Management Policy.

Key Competencies

• Deep knowledge of business intelligence applications and analytics.
• Strong consulting experience.
• Experience developing customized solutions for complex business problems.
• Programme-level Solution Architect experience.
• Strong knowledge of Solution and Integration Design.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Logical problem-solving skills and structured change management approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
