Overview

What will you be doing?

As the Global Analytics Manager, you will manage the analytics output across our key flagship activity for Social and Digital Activity. For this role you’ll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to client requests and working closely with our trusted partners across all Samsung verticals (mobile, audio-visual, domestic etc.).

You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for client communication around Always On Campaign Activity across key channels including but not limited to YouTube, Meta, and TikTok as well as two flagship activations a year.

This role is essential to drive the business and marketing objectives of Samsung HQ by understanding the impact that these key campaign activations have on the business moving forward. You will be accountable for the insights that are produced from these activations to inform how we evolve our media strategy.

This role calls for a dynamic, organized individual to be the day-to-day manager on one of the most innovative and well-known global brands.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing analytics output for flagship social and digital activities, coordinating with Samsung verticals, partnering with internal teams and external partners, and delivering insights to inform media strategy across campaigns.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll have experience working with core vendors and understand why we implement them. In addition to this, we’ll prioritize candidates who have the majority of the below skills and experience:

  • Experience working in analytics and/or activation and/or implementation role in a digital agency (must).
  • Experience working directly with clients in an agency environment, with the ability to politely manage deliverables and share updates (must).
  • Experience developing Excel and PowerPoint reports across Digital and Social Media Channels
  • Highly organized and able to stay across multiple workstreams at once.
  • Ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data.
  • Strong grasp of the communications planning process and an understanding of how digital and social channels can work alongside other media.
  • Excellent expertise with Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience utilizing dashboard tools such as Looker, Tableau and Power BI (Preferred but not Absolute Must)
  • Expertise in working with large datasets, utilizing pivot tables, creative in segmenting data to find key insights (must).
