What will you be doing?

As the Global Analytics Manager, you will manage the analytics output across our key flagship activity for Social and Digital Activity. You’ll work on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to client requests and collaborating with our trusted partners across all Samsung verticals (mobile, audio-visual, domestic, etc.).

You will report directly into the Business Director and be a key member of the team for client communication around Always On Campaign Activity across key channels including YouTube, Meta, and Tik Tok, as well as two flagship activations per year.

This role is essential to drive the business and marketing objectives of Samsung HQ by understanding the impact that these key campaign activations have on the business moving forward. You will be accountable for the insights produced from these activations to inform how we evolve our media strategy.

This role calls for a dynamic, organized individual to be the day-to-day manager on one of the most innovative and well-known global brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage analytics output for flagship social and digital activity and respond to client requests
  • Collaborate with partners across Samsung verticals (mobile, audio-visual, domestic, etc.)
  • Communicate with clients around Always On Campaign Activity across channels (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) and two annual flagship activations
  • Support the Business Director in driving alignment between analytics insights and media strategy
  • Act as day-to-day manager for the Samsung account with a focus on organization and timely delivery

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll have experience working with core vendors and understand why we implement them. The majority of the following skills and experience are preferred:

  • Experience in analytics and/or activation and/or implementation in a digital agency (must)
  • Experience directly with clients in an agency environment, with the ability to manage deliverables and share updates
  • Experience developing Excel and PowerPoint reports across digital and social media channels
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data
  • Strong understanding of the communications planning process and how digital and social channels complement other media
  • Excellent expertise with Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using dashboard tools such as Looker, Tableau and Power BI (preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with large datasets, using pivot tables, and segmenting data to find key insights
