Analytics Program Manager

Location: UK, London (on client site hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the reporting and analytics needs for the client, helping to solve key business problems using data-driven approaches
Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure clarity on requirements and timely delivery of impactful outputs
Lead and deliver business analytics initiatives and support the smooth execution of multiple projects
Translate business needs into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of the telecom market is a plus

Qualifications & Experience

6+ years of experience in analytics consulting or program management in data-driven environments
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams
Background or familiarity with the telecom sector is an advantage, but not essential

Desirable Skills

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail in reporting and presentations
Comfortable working with tools like Excel and presentation software to summarize and share insights
Experience in coordinating analytics deliverables and translating technical inputs into business-friendly outputs
