Analytics Team Manager Welcome to the Analytics Team Manager role at Synectics Solutions. Join a team dedicated to driving a major data transformation initiative, fostering innovation, and delivering actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of data professionals, overseeing line management, performance reviews, and career development. Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, mentoring, and training to support individual and team growth. Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement processes. Support migration from a legacy UK on‑premise SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS stack to a modern Databricks + Power BI solution hosted in AWS/Azure. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new technologies. Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and analytics delivery. Translate business requirements into actionable data initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing and developing high‑performing analytics or data teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Solid technical background in data platforms, ideally with exposure to SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS (legacy) and Databricks, Power BI, AWS (modern stack). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular office presence in Stoke‑on‑Trent.
