Android Developer - Up to £75,000 plus equity - 4 days a week in office Central London. In Product is partnered with one of the fastest growing software development Startups in London. We are looking to strengthen their Android team with the addition of an Android Developer who takes pride in their craft.

The product you will work on connects people using the latest machine learning and is accessible in over 10 languages, tailored to multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve complex Android features with a focus on performance, stability, and polish.
• Hands-on experience with consumer apps at scale, attention to UI detail, animations, and data processing.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team, learning from technical leads and the CTO, and help raise the bar across the platform.
• Apply deep technical expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, concurrency (coroutines/flows), persistence (Room/Realm), architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI), and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong Android development background with proven delivery of consumer apps at scale.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, concurrency, persistence, and testing.
• Experience with architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI) and modern Android tooling.
• Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams in a fast-growing environment.
