Arch is an outstanding healthcareprovider delivering primary care to homeless and vulnerably housed patients inBrighton & Hove. In addition to a specialist GP surgery, we also provide in-reachservices into the Royal Sussex County Hospital and a variety of communitycontexts which serve people who are without secure accommodation. We are acommitted and experienced team with a passion for improving the health andwell-being of people who are homeless or vulnerable.

We are looking to appoint a prescribing ANP or Paramedic ACP to lead our enhanced outreach service, which delivers healthcare on the streets, in day centres, hostels and emergency/temporary accommodation. This project was set up in October 2022 and requires staff to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, drive and ambition. In this role, you will work closely with a GP, Health Engagement Workers and other members of the Arch team to ensure the success of the project. The project is supported by a specialist GP with regular clinical supervision and will have the support of the wider multidisciplinary network and the Arch team. Movement between settings is often conducted on ebikes to facilitate case-finding.

This role is being advertised for 22.5 hours per week over three days (with flexibility)
