Role & Responsibilities We’re seeking a Managing Application Developer to lead our cloud development initiatives. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain cloud‑based applications while mentoring junior and mid‑level developers. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle—design, coding, testing, and deployment—using modern full‑stack technologies. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure cloud applications. Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation. Lead resolution of complex technical challenges. Drive continuous improvement in development practices to align with industry standards. Shape technical direction of cloud applications and contribute to strategic decision‑making. Lead smaller projects from design through deployment. Mentor junior developers to support their growth and development.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Mastery of full‑stack development, including front‑end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back‑end (Node.js, Python, Ruby) technologies. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and services. Proven leadership qualities and a track record of managing teams and delivering projects. Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities for complex engineering issues. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices. Familiarity with event‑driven design patterns. Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with cloud security best practices.
