This role is a field-based position reporting to the Implementation Manager within the Application & Implementation Specialist Team. This is an excellent entry point into the life sciences industry. You don’t need a scientific background; what matters is your ability to deliver engaging training and manage projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end user training on the correct use of devices for implementations and contract training.
• Work with internal and customer teams to plan and project manage implementations.
• Create and deliver training programs for customers in the use of Radiometer products.
• Provide onsite face-to-face training to healthcare professionals on the use of Radiometer products.

Essential requirements

• Experience as a trainer.
• Proactive approach and focus on providing high quality training sessions.
• Willingness to travel nationwide on an 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home) – based between North London and Midlands (Luton/Milton Keynes/Northampton) advantageous.
• Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.

Desirable

• Clinical knowledge about patient groups in hospitals.
• Experience implementing medical devices in a clinical environment.
• Experience in a commercial field-based role.
• Project management skills and experience.
