Our studies focus on testing new treatments on real people in a safe, controlled environment.
We are expanding our operations and investing in next-generation systems. To support this, we are looking for an IT Application Specialist, a crucial role in developing and maintaining our strategic systems based on Salesforce and Veeva platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies.
- Develop and implement custom solutions in Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and Apex code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and gather data for assessments.
- Identify technical solutions and ecosystem products to meet requirements.
- Create solution architecture documents and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Configure Salesforce settings, including security, permissions, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow.
- Utilize Salesforce Lightning to develop user-friendly interfaces.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Explain technical matters to non-technical audiences.
Skills & Experiences
- Implement Salesforce best practices and manage Salesforce as a system owner.
- Maintain and administer existing Salesforce applications.
- Engage with IT and vendors both onsite and offsite.
- Serve as the key contact for Salesforce project issues.
- Develop expertise in Salesforce products like Sales, Service, Experience, Healthcare, and Life Sciences Clouds, as well as Pardot.
- Act as SME for Salesforce Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Work cross-functionally to meet business and project targets.
- Provide IT helpdesk support and identify efficiencies across systems.
- Support IT projects and provide on-site and off-site support as needed.
