Due to sector growth, Skern Training and Skills is looking for an Early Years Apprentice Training Specialist to support learners through their apprenticeship journey. You'll plan, deliver, and assess engaging training, potentially across Levels 2–5 using a blended learning approach, including in-person, online, and on-the-job methods.

Location: Home/Field-Based. Applicants must be based in the Bristol or Gloucester area.

Hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible options are available).

Contract Type: Permanent.

Start Date: October 2025.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and assess Early Years apprenticeships (L2–L5).
• Support learners with Maths, English, and additional needs alongside our functional skills trainers.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 35 apprentices.
• Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards.
• Travel to employer sites (some overnight stays required).

What You’ll Need:

• Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and EPA.
• Organised, self-motivated, and quality-focused.
• GCSE Maths & English (C/4 or above).
