Overview

Architectural Protagonist: Guiding Architects to Alternative Pathways

Location: Central London

Culture: An innovative ex-Fosters design team, flagship projects, broad typologies, career development, a great work/life balance, and much more.

An exclusive opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy's in-house architecture team. Imagine stepping into a studio that doesn’t just design buildings but creates landmarks that people remember.

Picture yourself not just delivering projects, but shaping the future of London’s urban experience. This isn’t a typical architectural role - it's an invitation to redefine your career, embrace complexity, and deliver something truly remarkable. You’ll join a highly exclusive team that has quietly been making waves, behind the scenes, working on projects of genuine influence, sophistication, and ambition.

Why This Isn’t Just Another Job

  • You’ll be shaping the narrative of a £200M+ flagship development. State-of-the-art laboratories meet intricate and innovative façades, crafted interiors blend seamlessly with innovative technical spaces - your vision made real.
  • Forget silos and departmental divides. Here, architects, technologists, and specialist disciplines (project managers, cost consultants, sustainability specialists, and more) come together daily, each bringing unique expertise. You’ll learn fast, directly influencing decisions that matter.
  • Take ownership early. From detailed façade systems to bespoke internal environments, you’ll be hands-on in a complex project environment, your ideas won’t just be heard - they'll be built.
  • Balance isn’t just a buzzword. This is a team where your well-being isn’t secondary to your deadlines. Your life outside the studio is valued, not compromised.

You Are More Than Your CV

  • You’re an ARB-registered Architect with at least two years post-Part III experience.
  • You thrive in complexity, fascinated by intricate façades, detailed internal packages, or the challenges of technical spaces like bespoke laboratories.
  • You crave collaboration but also the space to take on leadership roles - ready to step forward, shaping projects rather than just supporting them.
  • You see architecture as a catalyst for genuine experience, connection, and change.
  • You may have had exposure to Revit/BIM projects, but training is on offer here.
