Base pay range
Location: London | Full-Time | Hybrid (1-day wfh)
Responsibilities
- Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects, from concept through construction.
- Drive creative solutions for complex, high-end Residential projects.
- Collaborate with a skilled, friendly team of architects, heritage consultants, and designers.
- Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.
- Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.
- Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.
- Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
What we’re looking for
- RIBA Chartered Architect status.
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
- Strong background in high-end private residential projects, ideally with Conservation focus.
- Technical competence and proven site experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing project finances.
- Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
