Responsibilities

• Work on complicated working drawings and technical detailing.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
• Support the technical team on a range of housing and residential projects.
• Liaise with consultants and external clients and communicate efficiently.
• Hit deadlines with good attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Wealth of Residential and Housing experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
