Bennett & Game are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected, award-winning architectural practice with a strong reputation both in the UK and internationally. They are currently looking to appoint a Revit-proficient Architectural Technologist with proven project running experience on large-scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.
With three UK offices and an established global presence, this design-led consultancy is known for delivering high-quality work across a broad range of sectors, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and urban regeneration.
The Manchester team, now 65-strong, is at the forefront of some of the region's most significant regeneration and BTR projects, including a landmark 200m masterplan.
This opportunity would suit a confident Architectural Technologist with a strong technical skillset, comfortable working across the later RIBA stages, producing detailed technical packages, and liaising directly with clients and consultants.
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary (Up to 50,000 depending on experience)
- 23 days' holiday + bank holidays, with studio closure between Christmas and New Year

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
- Day-to-day use of Revit to develop and coordinate technical drawing packages
- Contribution across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3-5
- Project coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Leading on the technical delivery of large-scale schemes ( 10m+)
- Working within a collaborative and well-resourced global studio
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
- Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' UK industry experience
- Strong Revit proficiency and experience within BIM workflows
- Proven technical delivery skills and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Confident communicator with project running experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
