They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technologist to take the lead on a range of projects for their offices based in Leeds.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Provide architectural design services and project management to projects within the Industrial sector
• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Job running experience
• Strong UK building regulations knowledge
• Strong technical and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds area
