We maintain these standards through our experienced team of Area Supervisors and NVQ trained staff, who conduct regular on-site monitoring. Additionally, we offer carpet cleaning, deep cleaning of various areas, and the stripping and resealing of hard or wooden floors.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager. Based in Exeter, the role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating coverage for holidays and sickness. Other responsibilities include conducting regular on-site monitoring, liaising with clients, and managing the provision of cleaning equipment and materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience in staff management and team coordination
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to conduct regular on-site monitoring and ensure quality standards
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning standards and equipment management
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Experience in the cleaning industry or a related field is desirable
