Framework Area Sales Manager - Home Based / Field Sales - Edinburgh and Falkirk

Responsibilities

  • Manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area, including a mix of end user, GPO and Public Sector business
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships to unlock growth opportunities
  • Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth vs targets
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer a wide range of practical solutions and products
  • Understand competitor activity and proposals, ensuring the best local solutions are offered
  • Work with Framework Partners to onboard new business
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in the local market

Profile / Qualifications

  • Highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Tenacious, resilient, a self-starter with drive and determination to succeed
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering against targets
  • Self-motivated to develop professionally, engaging in continuous improvement and learning from a diverse range of skills and L&D programmes
  • Willingness to adapt to Brakes modernisation programme and new technology to improve the customer experience; experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential
