Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 basic; £55,000-£65,000 OTE

Responsibilities

• Sell the manufacturer’s range of kitchens through field sales
• Target predominantly independent retail showrooms; minor exposure to builders merchants and regional housebuilders
• Initially focused on new business development; transition to account management after ~6 months
• Grow revenue to £100,000 in the first 6 months
• On-board 15-20 independent retail showrooms to achieve run-rate targets
• Typically 3-4 days on the road; remaining time may be worked from home
• Aim for 4-5 meaningful customer visits per day when on the road

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as an Area Sales Manager Kitchens or within the KBB market
• Contacts within independent retail showrooms
• Proven field sales experience selling into independent retail showroom customers
• New business hunter with a resilient and relentless approach
• Wins-driven, driven and results-oriented
• Organised, methodical, and strong journey planning
• Well-presented
