Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance £5k + 23 Days Holiday + Pension
Location: Field Sales role (Commutable from: Leeds, Manchester, York, Sheffield, Bradford, Harrogate)

You\'ll build strong client relationships, win new business, respond to tenders, and collaborate with engineers to deliver tailored solutions. You\'ll also represent the business at client meetings, site visits, and trade events, contributing to continued growth in your region.

This role would suit an energetic sales professional with 4-5 years\' experience in engineering or technical sales looking for autonomy, a challenging field role, and long-term career growth within a supportive team.

The Role:

  • Territory Ownership: Build and manage client relationships, drive new business, and secure long-term agreements
  • Technical Sales: Analyse tenders and specifications, collaborate with engineers, and deliver tailored solutions.

The Candidate:

  • Experienced & Driven: 4-5 years in technical or engineering sales, ideally in wastewater, pumps, or industrial sectors.
  • Relationship Focused: Skilled at building lasting client connections and managing frameworks.
  • Proactive & Independent: Comfortable working autonomously, solving problems, and hitting targets in a field based role.
