What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Promote and sell HERMA UK’s self-adhesive materials.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities and reinforce long-term partnerships.
  • Respond to product enquiries and support customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.
  • Work remotely and structure your own workload.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Analyse customer data and contribute to sales strategy.
  • Set budgets and achieve monthly/annual targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in generating and securing new business.
  • Knowledge of self-adhesive materials, print, or packaging industries (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales techniques and commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
