Area Sales Manager – South East region (excluding London)

An exciting opportunity to join a premium European manufacturer, known for its design-led, innovative bathroom solutions. We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory in the South East. The region includes the Northern Home Counties, Lincoln, Cambridge, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Kent – excluding London. This role is a mix of account management and business development across a range of customers, including distributors, buying groups (UKPS, NBG, City Plumbing, Travis Perkins, MKM), and independent mid-to-high-end bathroom showrooms.

Region: Northern Home Counties, Lincolnshire, Cambridge, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Kent (Excluding London)

What We\'re Looking For:

• Proven field sales experience in the bathroom, KBB, or interiors industry
• Strong self-management and organisational skills – someone proactive, not reactive
• A mix of commercial awareness, product passion, and relationship-building ability
• Confident managing both volume accounts and premium retail clients
• Motivated by results and excited by the opportunity to grow a region from the ground up

Salary: Competitive + Bonus up to £15,000 (Paid Quarterly & Annually) + Hybrid Car + Benefits
