Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales – Central London
Up to £37,000 + great bonus, company car & home-based contract

If you are currently working in Field Sales or have the talent to match your ambition to thrive in the leading Food Service sales force, and are passionate about building a career in sales, we offer a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a genuine interest in the independent sector.
- Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
- Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
- Monitor competitor activity and proposals, ensuring you provide the best local solutions to your customers.
- Collaborate proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer needs and ensure a smooth handover.
- Represent Brakes as a brand ambassador in your local market.
You should be highly service-oriented, placing the customer at the center of everything you do, and providing optimal solutions to support and grow their business. A tenacious and resilient self-starter, you will have a drive to succeed and a track record of meeting targets. You will be motivated to develop yourself continuously, leveraging a range of learning and development programs, with opportunities to progress into various commercial roles.
Confidence with our modernization initiatives and new technology adoption (experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential) is important to enhance customer experience and performance.
