Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager located in Stoke‑On‑Trent, with some work from home. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned region, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies. Other daily tasks include providing product information, support, and presentations to customers, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in account management and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the welding industry and related products is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work from home and travel within the assigned region
