Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Asset Process Specialist to lead the continuous improvement and best practice implementation of our asset management processes across the organisation. This critical role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed internationally recognised standards, including ISO 55001, ensuring our asset management practices align with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion and oversee asset management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and driving adoption across departments.
- Measure performance and compliance within the asset management system, collaborating with stakeholders to promote best practices throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in asset management maturity by identifying opportunities, monitoring progress, and facilitating ongoing assessment.
- Monitor and audit asset management systems and strategic processes to ensure adherence to ISO 55001 standards.
- Promote and support the effective use of asset management tools, providing training, communications, and guidance to users.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and process owners to map and align high-level processes with recognised asset management frameworks.

About You
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in asset management, with strong knowledge of ISO 55000 series and Institute of Asset Management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels.
- Ability to drive change and adoption of new or improved processes, using project and change management methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement and compliance assurance
Desirable Qualifications
- Professional asset management qualifications such as IAM Certificate/Diploma or membership in an asset management body.
- Experience with change management and business process management systems.
- ISO Assessor experience is a plus.
Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington or Falmer office, and home.
