We are seeking an Assistant Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team, supporting our Senior Civil Lead Engineer. You will be involved in developing our water management products, including bespoke solutions and the Redi-Rock retaining wall system. Your responsibilities include producing drawings, calculations, and providing engineering support to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of technical engineering principles
• Experience in civil/structural design and technical environments
• Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction qualification (degree preferred)
• Knowledge of Eurocode 2 (EN 1992 Part 1-1)
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Structural Engineering Software (SCIA experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to meet project deadlines independently
