We’re seeking an Assistant Development Manager (Major Projects) to assist in the development management of major residential-led new settlement projects by Clarion Housing Group.

You will ensure the commercial objectives are met and work closely with the Senior Development Manager and other teams.

The role covers post-site acquisition through to successful planning permission, including initial outline consent and reserved matters applications.

Using your strong people management skills, you will respond to personal objectives, utilize performance management systems, and contribute to team performance reviews.

With excellent communication skills, you’ll translate business objectives into clear business cases, costs, and schedules, supporting growth and coordinating activities with subcontractors and suppliers.

This role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
