About the Role

You will work with a team of over 30 staff covering all aspects of finance, from day‑to‑day accounting to the preparation of group submissions. Your primary role is to support the Finance Business Partner by assisting with budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, maintaining monthly reports, supporting P&L management, and providing ad‑hoc data and advice as required.

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior management teams to provide ongoing, value‑adding finance support that enables sustainable business decisions; attend management meetings as required.
  • Assist in the analysis of revenue performance to budget, maintaining live forecasts across the agencies in collaboration with client services teams.
  • Provide and understand Net Profit Per Client on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor and review management accounts against budget, understand variances and take necessary action.
  • Produce monthly flash forecasts and performance analysis as required by the Group Board or CEO.
  • Produce monthly Management Information for Senior Management teams across the Group.
  • Help pull together information for audit requests.
  • Create ad‑hoc reports to support the Finance Business Partner.

Qualifications

We are looking for a part‑qualified ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA accountant with previous experience of management accounts and financial analysis. You should be analytical, possess forecasting knowledge, and be a confident communicator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is a must. Teamwork, timeliness, and accuracy are essential.
