We craft extraordinary ice cream experiences that transform ordinary moments into lasting memories.Note: The deadline for applying is 23.59 the day before the job posting end date.Job purposeThe Ice Cream Assistant HRBP for Colworth will act as a lead for end-to-end HR supporting RD&I teams based in Colworth in The Magnum Ice Cream Company\'s RD&I Global Centre. This person will sit at the center of the HR engine and will have strong relationships with our other HRBPs, Talent Partners, People Partners, and employees. They must also be able to positively influence the employees\' experience at critical points in their career.Key responsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to gain buy-in and support for proposed changes.
