We offer hybrid working between your home and our beautiful office space in Wigmore Street, central London offering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
We are also open to applications from candidates who could work from our Kingston or Newcastle upon Tyne offices based within our stores.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of the merchandising strategy across specific product categories, helping to deliver exceptional sales growth, optimise stock levels, and drive profitability. You'll be responsible for range planning, pricing, and stock management across both online and in-store channels, using strong analytical skills to identify commercial opportunities and trends.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying, Retail, Digital, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure a seamless end-to-end product journey. The role also involves proactive management of inventory, Open-to-Buy performance, and maintaining key financial targets such as sales growth, gross margin, and inventory turnover. A solid understanding of the supply chain is key, alongside experience in a multichannel retail environment.
This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a background in merchandising and a passion for retail. You’ll bring strong negotiation, influencing, and data analysis skills, and play a key role in supporting the team to drive business performance. What we are looking for in a candidate…
- Intermediate-level experience in Merchandising & Selling.
- Experience in Beauty Merchandising would be advantageous.
- An analytical background keen to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Negotiating and contracting skills.
- Communication, influencing, and relationship skills.
- Experience operating within a Retail multichannel environment.
