The organisation recognises the challenges of recruiting high-calibre candidates and has multiple bases across Wales. While the preferred base is St David's Park in Carmarthen, hybrid working is supported; the successful candidate will be office-based or home-based 2-3 days per week, with discussions regarding this arrangement possible.
