The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a leading housing developer specializing in affordable, mixed-tenure homes. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide general assistance to the Commercial department as required
• Assist with compiling tender packages for sub-contract trades
• Receive tenders and assist with analysis comparing tender levels
• Assist with issuing sub-contract orders in accordance with group policy and best practices, including attending pre-order meetings

Required Skills:

• ONC/HNC in Construction
• Understanding of building regulations and legal obligations
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong mathematical and IT skills (Microsoft Excel and COINS systems)
• Understanding of standard measurement rules
• Ability to assess and analyze information
• Good business sense and budget management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Methodical, accurate, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
