The Neighbourhood service seeks to recruit an Assistant Team Leader with experience working with adults under the Care Act to promote their well-being.
The post holder will provide leadership support to establish a culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcomes. This includes supervising staff and contributing to service development.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a team player with experience supporting social workers to achieve their best.
- Has good time management and organizational skills.
Neighbourhood teams are based in four areas covering Stockport South, North, East, and West.
