What you will do:
- Lead and manage safeguarding cases, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement protection plans.
- Supervise and support social workers and ASYEs in managing complex casework, providing guidance and expertise.
- Conduct assessments and statutory work, maintaining high standards of practice and consistency in care.
- Engage with families to build trusting relationships, offering support and intervention where needed.
- Facilitate meetings and contribute to strategy discussions to promote positive outcomes for children.
